how to make MIE LETHEK YOGYAKARTA

This is typical of Bantul original legendary yet simplistic in the manufacturing process, so Grandmother Tie Sense all can make with ease.
ingredients:
1.Mie letek (a type of vermicelli that color is not white
2. Carrots cut lighters
3. Cabbage cut in half smooth
4. Tomato cut
5. Leek
6. Celery
seasoning:
1. thinly sliced red onion
2. Garlic
3. Pepper
4. Ketchup
5. Salt
6. Sugar
How to make :
(boiled or goyenk depending on taste)
a. Boil noodles until cooked lethek then coat with cooking oil and soy sauce
Puree garlic and pepper.
b. Saute onion which has been sliced thin, wait until half cooked
Add garlic and pepper that has been refined.
c. Stir-fry until cooked.
d. Put carrots and cabbage and cook until half withered.
e. Put tomatoes.
f. Put the noodles lethek.
g. Stir well.
h. Add salt and sugar.
